Delivery and inspection

1. Source Verification

All products sold on FPGAX are sourced from authorized channels, original manufacturers, or certified global distributors.

Each component includes verified part numbers, manufacturer labels, and traceable lot codes.

2. Visual and Physical Inspection

Upon arrival at our warehouse, each item undergoes a multi-point inspection process including:

Packaging condition

Label verification

Manufacturer markings (date code, lot number, RoHS compliance, etc.)

Pin and solder condition (BGA/QFP/LGA packages)

Inspections are performed by trained quality control staff with over 5 years of experience.

3. Third-Party Lab Testing (Optional)

For critical applications (military, aerospace, medical), we offer advanced lab services:

X-ray inspection

Decapsulation and die verification

Functional test and curve trace

XRF composition analysis

All tests conducted by ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs upon request.

4. Photos & Documentation

We retain visual records of all batches including packaging, labels, and component views.

Documentation is available to resolve any quality or shipment disputes.

5. Traceability Commitment

All orders are traceable via lot and batch numbers.

Supplier records, shipment history, and inspection logs are archived for at least 24 months.

6. Anti-Counterfeit Policy

We have zero tolerance for counterfeit products.

Any confirmed counterfeit case results in supplier delisting, and full client refund or replacement.
